When you use the contact form, SilkSaree by Kenche Mallikarjuna Handlooms receives the name, contact details and message you enter. We use them only to reply to you, and we do not sell them.

The enquiry on the home page stores nothing here: it opens WhatsApp with your message, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies from there. The reels are Instagram embeds, which load from Instagram and follow Instagram's privacy policy.

The catalogue

To download the catalogue you give us your email address (and, if you like, your name or shop). We keep it to send you new collections, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you open, your device and your approximate location, never your name. Google's privacy policy applies to that data.

Your data

We keep enquiries and catalogue emails until you ask us to delete them, and we never sell or share them for marketing.
